I am so fucking mad. Someone scanned urgent test results that WERE NOT marked urgent into a chart (no one will tell me who’s chart) and they weren’t sent to anyone to be reviewed. Now they’re blaming me. They printed a log of every chart I went into and now I have to go through and look thru each doc in each fucking chart and write down what I did to each, THEN then they might fucking tell me which one it is. Why the fuck can’t they just tell me who the patient is so I can fix it and move on instead of wasting my fucking time on this complete fucking bullshit. Oh by the way there’s 10 pages and each patient has at least 100 docs each. Fuck this shit.
